Janet Garland – President, Treasurer and Board Member
Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University and has past experience working in the Marketing Department of a local bank.  In her role at the bank she was involved with community projects including Christmas In April, Easter Seals, the local Children’s Festivals, Walk-A-Thons and Bowl-A-Thons to raise money for non-profit organizations.  Janet is the mother of Warren Eugene Garland, III for whom the organization was named.

Warren E. Garland, Jr.
, – Secretary and Board Member
Warren is a member of The Ancient Free & Accepted Masons.  Warren is the father of Warren Eugene Garland, III.  He has been an active volunteer for several local community efforts including Christmas In April and local Children’s Festivals.  He has also been involved in several fund raising efforts for the Masons and a local hunting club.

Dr. Patricia Mulreany – Board Member
Dr. Mulreany holds a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia and holds a Medical Doctor Degree from the Medical College of Virginia Medical School with a Pediatric Residency.  She is a local Pediatrician specializing in special needs children with a practice located in Midlothian, Virginia.  Dr. Mulreany makes her rounds on her patients at Chippenham Medical Center and Johnston-Willis Hospitals.  She is a member of the Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Richmond Pediatric Society and Chairman/Member of the Quality Assurance Committee at Johnston-Willis and Chippenham Medical Center Hospitals

Trina Estes – Board Member
Trina holds a Bachelors in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Trina worked for 4 years as a Hospital Social Worker at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital.  She has worked for 15 years as a Service Coordinator for Chesterfield Community Services Board, 12 of those were spent working with children and adults with special needs.  The past 3 years have been spent working with children 2 - 5 years old who have developmental delays.

Dan Maloy – Board Member
